Track opportunities and pipeline work

Pipeline views help teams see what is active, what is stuck, and where each customer is in the process.

Create the opportunity

  1. Open the customer or pipeline area.
  2. Add the opportunity name, owner, value or priority, and expected next step.
  3. Connect the opportunity to the right person or company.

Move through stages

  1. Use stages that match your real process.
  2. Update status when a customer replies, books, pays, or declines.
  3. Add notes or tasks for important handoffs.

Review the pipeline

  1. Filter by owner, stage, source, or due date.
  2. Follow up on stale opportunities.
  3. Use pipeline reports to improve offers and response time.

Good to know

  • Stages should be easy to act on.
  • Do not keep closed work in active stages.

Use this guide as a starting point, then adjust the setup to match how your team actually works with customers.
