Use saved customer views

Saved views help teams return to the same customer slice without rebuilding filters every time.

Create a view

  1. Open the customer, people, company, or pipeline table.
  2. Filter by the fields or activity your team needs.
  3. Save the view with a name that explains the purpose.

Use the view

  1. Open the saved view during weekly review or daily follow-up.
  2. Sort by priority, date, owner, or status.
  3. Share the view name with teammates if it supports a team process.

Maintain views

  1. Update views when fields or processes change.
  2. Delete duplicates or old campaign views.
  3. Use simple names so the list stays scannable.

Good to know

  • A saved view should support a recurring decision.
  • Too many views can become as confusing as no views.
