Switch between workspaces

If you manage more than one business or client, workspace switching keeps records, pages, payments, and campaigns separated.

Choose the workspace

  1. Open the workspace switcher from the app header or account area.
  2. Select the business or client you want to work on.
  3. Confirm the name in the header before changing pages, customers, or money records.

Avoid cross-workspace mistakes

  1. Check the workspace before publishing a page or sending a campaign.
  2. Use clear workspace names when businesses have similar brands.
  3. Keep customer exports and reports labeled with the workspace name.

When to create a new workspace

  1. Create a new workspace when the business has separate customers, billing, pages, or staff.
  2. Use one workspace when locations share the same customer journey and team.
  3. Ask an admin before duplicating a workspace for a one-time project.

Good to know

  • Do not copy private customer data between workspaces unless the business process requires it.
  • Workspace names should be recognizable to the whole team.

Use this guide as a starting point, then adjust the setup to match how your team actually works with customers.
