Workspace memory helps Faster AI remember durable business context, preferences, and operating rules. Use memory for facts that should improve future work, not for short-lived tasks or private secrets.

What this guide helps you do

  • Store reusable business context such as tone, audience, offers, and approval rules.
  • Update stale context before it affects pages, posts, emails, forms, journeys, or customer work.
  • Avoid storing secrets, private customer details, and temporary instructions as memory.

Before you start

  • Decide which facts are durable enough to guide future work.
  • Separate brand or operating preferences from one-time project notes.
  • Get approval before storing business rules that affect public or customer-facing output.

Do it manually

  1. Open the memory or AI settings area if your workspace exposes it, or ask Faster AI what durable context it is using.
  2. Add short, factual guidance such as preferred tone, target audience, review rules, and offer positioning.
  3. Edit outdated memory instead of creating conflicting versions.
  4. Remove memory that includes private data, expired offers, or rules your team no longer follows.
  5. Test memory by asking Faster AI to draft a small piece of work and checking whether the guidance is reflected.
  6. Review memory after major positioning, pricing, team, or workflow changes.

Ask Faster AI

  • Remember that our default customer-facing tone is concise, practical, and service-business friendly.
  • Summarize the durable business context you are using for this workspace and flag anything that may be outdated.
  • Do not remember this one-time customer issue. Use it only for the current task.

Review before saving, sending, or publishing

  • Do not store passwords, tokens, private keys, payment details, medical details, or private customer notes as memory.
  • Keep memory short enough that future teammates can understand it.
  • Verify generated work after changing memory because old drafts may still need manual cleanup.

Common issues and fixes

  • If AI keeps using outdated wording, update or remove conflicting memory.
  • If AI forgets a repeated rule, add it as durable memory or include it in the prompt.
  • If memory causes over-specific output, make it broader or move the detail into a project note.
