Attach the right context to AI chat

Good context helps Faster AI work on the correct customer, page, form, post, or campaign.

What this feature is for

  • Good context helps Faster AI work on the correct customer, page, form, post, or campaign.

When to use it

  • You want AI to update an existing item.
  • There are multiple records with similar names.

Do it manually

  1. Open the item you want to update when possible.
  2. Use the chat from that surface or mention the exact name.
  3. Include the page, customer, audience, channel, or form title.
  4. Say whether Faster should draft only or prepare changes for review.
  5. Ask for a summary before approving.

Ask Faster AI

Use the current [customer/page/form/post/campaign] as context. Draft the update I describe, but show me a summary and review checklist before anything goes live.

Review before saving or publishing

  • Confirm the change matches the customer experience you want.
  • Check owner, timing, audience, and next step before saving.
  • Preview anything customer-facing before publishing or sending.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • If you cannot find the item, refresh the workspace and check that you are in the right workspace.
  • If a save is blocked, review required fields and permissions.
  • If AI drafts something unexpected, ask it to summarize the changes before you approve them.

Placeholder media

  • Screenshot placeholder: Replace with an annotated screenshot of attach the right context to ai chat.
  • Video placeholder: Replace with a short walkthrough showing the manual path and review step.
