Find the invoice
- Open Payments or Faster Money and go to invoices.
- Search by customer, invoice number, service, or status.
- Open the invoice to review line items, due date, payment link, and activity.
Follow up
- Send a reminder when the invoice is due or overdue.
- Record any customer context in the customer record.
- Mark the workflow complete only after payment and service status are both clear.

- Use clear invoice names so customers recognize what they are paying for.
