Do it manually

  1. Open Settings and Team.
  2. Find the teammate.
  3. Review any owned tasks, drafts, customers, campaigns, or invoices.
  4. Reassign important work before removing access.
  5. Remove or downgrade access and confirm the person no longer appears as active.
